Tres Chic Baskets previously known as My Magic Event started a few years ago when I launched my own theme parties and then other people started asking me to help them out with theirs.Some people suggested that I should start my own business planning events as my parties were so unique and fun. I never took the idea seriously as I did it for fun, but when I moved to TorontoI decided to go for it and a few years later here I am turning special moments in magic memories. I believe in Magic and that is the reason I called it My Magic Event. My goal is to make not only the partiers happy and satisfied, but also give them a magical moment that they will always remember.I also want their friends and family to feel that Magic and say " I was there where there was Magic!"Then Tres Chic Baskets was born when people starts asking me only for the edible baskets I presented in every event. I was just having fun with my edible treats and decorate them in funny shapes.And well.. Mia Bella Line.. was born almost 3 years ago when my Mia Isabella was born.. was bold and I couldn't get any hair accesories to fit her beautiful tiny little bold head.When I become a mom I decided to put aside my career and having two degrees ( communications/advertising and foreign languages) helped me a lot to start up this at home family business.So I end up with 5 kids. Mia, Niko, My Magic Event, Tres Chic Baskets and Mia Bella line. They keep me busy 24 x7 :) But make me feel proud of myself and I feel I am giving my kids a good example as far as never stop beliveing and dreaming.Now we have decided to close the other 3 websites and keep only Tres Chic Baskets where you will be able to find everything for your parties.

Terms and Conditions:Baskets and Edible Orders:*Please email us with any questions or orders and your contact information at info_mymagicevent.com*Payment is by Cash , Pay Pal or email transfer .* 50% deposit is required to book your order and it will be applied towards your final balance with the remainder to be paid in full when order is pick up or delivered.*Delivery fees. Free delivery in Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa and Brookling. We are located in Whitby where you can also pick up your orders. Other locations to be negotiated based on distance out of the business area.PARTIES:How do I book a party? Please contact us by email info_mymagicevent.com or call us at: (416) 999 7694 to check availability. After your date is confirmed, we must receive your deposit to book your party. Deposit is required within 48 hours of booking and final payment of the balance is due at the beginning of your party.Tres Chic Basktes will charge a deposit of 50% which is non-refundable and is required at time of booking to hold the date. The deposit will be applied towards your final balance with the remainder to be paid in full at the beginning of the party.Where are your parties located? The party location is entirely up to you and Tres Chic Baskets will meet you at the location of your choice. What times are available for parties? We are very flexible and will work with you to accommodate your needs. We do need to consider existing events that are booked and travel time to your location. We are willing to work events located outside of our normal business area, however, additional charges may apply. What are cancellation/rescheduling policies? If you need to postpone your event then we will work with you to reschedule your party for another date given proper notice (7 days). The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied towards the cost of your rebooked event. We will host your party within 12 months of the original date if you cancel at least 7 days prior to your originally scheduled date. In case of bad weather or illness Tres Chic Baskets reserves the right to reschedule your party. If the guest of honour becomes ill we will work with you to choose an alternate date for your party. This is of course based on availability. When do you need the RSVP count for the event? We will need the final RSVPs for your party no later than 5 Days prior. You can send us the totals via email or phone. This total will be used to determine your remaining balance and allows us to have the proper quantities of items for your party. What is the number of attendees allowed? Parties are scheduled based on 6 children. If less than six attend your party, you will still be charged for six children. What should the children wear? Girls can wear a leotard or other comfortable clothes to make changing in and out of costumes easier and not require a lot of time getting changed. (Except in our CHEF events)How do you handle food allergies? Please inform us of any allergy that children may have however as our work environment is not peanut free, we cannot warranty a peanut free party.What happens for guests who arrive late? Guest can join the party at any time, however, we will still need to stick to your booked times. Can parents attend the party as well? Parents are very welcome to stay for the party and we actually require 1 adult be present during the event in addition to our staff. Parking for the event staff? Please make sure that there is some space close to the entrance of the facilities as we will be carrying in numerous items, some very heavy.What are your extra travel charges? To be negotiated based on distance out of the business area. Customer obligationsThe area must be a smoke-free environment with electrical outlets for music in addition, tables and chairs for the guests and for dress-up theme parties space will be needed for costume changes and other ceremonies. Refuse Service (SPA or Princess Party)We reserve the right to refuse a treatment if any of the following apply:Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation. Broken skin or lesions.Food and Beverages: Please refrain from serving "messy" foods at your party such as chilli dogs, condiments, and other items during costume time. Tres Chic Baskets does not supply food unless otherwise specified at an additional cost.Can the parent serve food to the children? Yes, you can. However, consider that accidents happen and try to serve clear beverages while children are in costumes. (Please no TOMATO sauce) If something like this happens the customer should pay for dry Cleaning.Photos:With your permission Tres Chic Basket or any of our brands may use the pictures at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Tres Chic Baskets, Mia Bella Line, My Magic Event ot Tres Chic Party Mama, in perpetuity, and for other use by Tres Chic Baskets, Mia Bella Line, My Magic Event ot Tres Chic Party MamaYou agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Tres Chic Baskets, Mia Bella Line, My Magic Event orTres Chic Party Mama for the use of any pictures taken of your child (or children) and your guests. (If you wish for is not to use your pictures please send us a written petition and we will be glad to mark the event as not to be realease on media) Events hosted on statutory holidays are subject to an additional fees and taxes All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will ensure that your children will have a safe and friendly environment and that your home will be treated with the utmost respect. We will work with you prior to your event to make sure the area is safe for children.We are all experienced with children of all ages as we are also parents and caregivers.Liability The Customer agrees to hold and keep harmless Tres Chic Baskets, Mia Bella Line, My Magic Event or Tres Chic Party Mama, its agents and employees from any and all property damages and bodily injury damage caused by the customers guests, or other persons attending the party. The Customer agrees to not hold Tres Chic Baskets, Mia Bella Line, My Magic Event ot Tres Chic Party Mama, responsible for inclement weather or other acts of god that may cause the cancellation of the party. In the event of damage or loss at the events location, the financial responsibility lies entirely with the contracted client. You, as the client, also assume all liability and responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing costumes or any activity taken place before, during or after the party.
